Join us each Tuesday from 10:00–11:30 a.m. in the Family Life Centre for socializing, light exercise, a devotional and discussion, and a game or puzzle to challenge your mind.
Love Week
It’s that time of year again! During Love Week, we’re setting out as a church to intentionally love and serve our community. This year, we’ll have opportunities to bake cookies for the community, host a local food drive, and donate beef to the food bank.

Discipleship Trail
This October, we’re launching a new ministry at Middleton Baptist Church to help you take your next step in faith. The Discipleship Trail will be offered four times a year, with classes to help you explore what it means to follow Jesus, grow in your faith, and find your place in the life of our church.
Our first Trail is Sunday, October 25, from 12:30–2:30pm. Choose one of four classes: Membership, Baptism, Spiritual Gifts, or Serve. We’ll share lunch together before classes begin, and childcare will be available during the classes.
Sign-up is required, including for lunch and childcare. Choose your class and register here. We’re excited to walk this trail with you!
Light the Night (formerly Trunk or Treat)
Our annual Trunk or Treat has been rebranded! Let's Light the Night!
This annual event is a chance to connect with the community, enjoy creative stations, and give kids a safe place to show off their costumes.
We’re looking for candy donations (mini chocolate bars, gum, assorted candy) or monetary donations if you’d rather not shop.
Want to decorate a station? Sign up today—we can’t wait to see all the amazing ideas! We will be setting up indoors again this year to allow flexibility in setup times!

ABW
For our September ABW meeting, we will be holding a service at Graceview Assisted Living Facility, 1843 Lily Lake Road. We will meet at 2:00 at Graceview. Our members are encouraged to carpool as there is limited parking at Graceview.
Growth Groups
Growth Group sign-ups are officially open, and we would love to see everyone connected to a Growth Group this fall! Growth Groups are a great opportunity to build community, grow together, and deepen your walk with Jesus.
And make sure to join us for our Growth Group Potluck Dessert Launch Night on Monday, September 14th at 6:30 pm! Whether you’re already part of a group, looking to join one, or simply curious about what Growth Groups are all about, you’re invited!

Kids Min Volunteer Training
All Kids Ministry volunteers are invited to join us as we reflect on the past year, thank you for all you’ve poured into our children, and check in on how things are going in your area of service. We’ll also share some upcoming changes in Kids Ministry, hear your ideas, and spend time praying together as we look ahead to the year ahead!
Baptisms at the Lake
We have a baptism service planned for Sunday, August 2. This will take place at Lake Pleasant in Springfield at George and Libby Amirault’s cottage (634 Lake Pleasant Road). In addition to a baptism service, this will also be a church family day at the lake and a potluck supper. We will start at 3 pm, and more details will follow as we get closer to the date.
Family Feast
Family Feast is almost here again. As we will be welcoming summer in one week after this Family Feast, we are going to use the theme of "summer picnic"! No alphabet system this time. We ask that you bring a summer picnic-type dish (eg, sandwiches, cold meats, salads, etc).
Veggie trays, fruit trays and cheese plates are being provided, and as per the last few family feasts, dessert will be provided as well.
Once again, we ask that you bring enough to share with several others, and we thank you so much for your contribution to the feast!!
